You are invited to join Katie, Gouri and Rosanne in a deeply restful and transformative journey of Reflexology, Reiki drum and Sound healing to awaken your inner light in Winter’s darkness.
Our journey together begins with an invitation for herbal tea as we assist you to get comfortable in settling in with the sounds of the Koshi chimes. Then as you surrender into the soundscape, your energy will be stimulated with affirmations and Reiki Drum. The sound journey is completed as we soothe the aura and integrate our healing with a gentle sound bath. As you are gently guided back, we re-connect to your body through guided self-Reflexology and Katie will assist you with personal ear seeding.
