We begin by grounding ourselves with a short meditation, followed by a purposeful warm-up designed to activate the core and strengthen the shoulders. As we move, we’ll delve into the philosophy of inversions – exploring how changing our physical orientation can offer a fresh perspective on and off the mat.
Through a series of targeted drills and techniques, you will learn the mechanics of going upside down safely. With full access to the studio’s equipment and props, you’ll have plenty of time to play with variations that suit your current level.
