Our weekly schedule includes a range of yoga and pilates classes led by independent teachers. Use the timetable below to find a class that suits you.

Classes are taught by independent teachers. Bookings are made directly with them.

Early Morning Ashtanga Yoga Mysore with Tim​

The practice is based on synchronising breath with movement, and the teacher offers individual instruction, including hands-on adjustments, as the student progresses through the sequence. In these classes you may arrive anytime and finish your practice anytime, the important thing is that you take whatever time you need.
 
While each student practices individually, it is done in a group environment, creating a sense of collective energy and focus in a quiet atmosphere.
 
No experience is necessary, this style is perfect for beginners as we will teach you the practice posture by posture. Yet at the same time this class is also for seasoned yogis.
 
There are so many benefits to practicing early in the morning, Early morning practice stimulates healthy brain activity, therefore, leading to better decision-making. It also stimulates healthy digestion and increases energy levels. There is something so very very special about waking up with the world at this early hour, just listening to the peace and calm as you move and breathe.

This 75 minute candlelit class is a complete ritual designed to help you cultivate presence, build strength and rest deeply.
 
​It begins with mindfulness and breathwork to ground your energy and bring you into the present moment. From this foundation, moving into a dynamic vinyasa flow that builds physical strength and heat – a time to play, explore, and challenge yourself – to build in confidence, with options for arm balances and inversions for those who want them.
 
​Shifting the energy as the practice transitions into the cooling phase of Yin, releasing any tension before settling into an extended period of deep rest. With a final offering of guided meditation and a chance to recharge.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Yvette or Tim​

Suitable for all levels of practitioner, beginner through to experienced. This weekly classes offers a hybrid approach to the traditional Mysore style of Ashtanga. The Standing sequence is guided and then we break off into self practice. A perfect way to practice. We help set the pace for you and then you have time after to explore.
 
This style of teaching is perfect for everyone.
 
We open the practice with breath and chanting together. The standing sequence is the same no matter what level you are practicing and for beginners we will support you asana by asana; and for those of you with some, or lots, of experience we will support you and offer assistance.
 
The class shared by Yvette and Tim, this gives you even more to explore as you will have different teachers on different sessions with twice the amount of knowledge.

Once a month, we’re opening the doors and sharing this beautiful space with our community.
 
This is our way of giving back to the amazing Ashtanga community at Yoga Sangha, and welcoming anyone curious to come and experience the practice — with no commitment.
 
This is not a class. There’s no teaching or adjustments, just free use of the studio for your own practice. It’s Ashtanga, but your practice is your choice — savasana is always welcome.
 
Come breathe, move, and connect with like-minded friends on the mat, soak up the energy of the space… and most likely join us for coffee and brunch afterwards.

This hour and a half led class follows the traditional sequence of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, guided by the Tim from beginning to end.

The practice links breath with movement in a steady, rhythmic flow, creating a moving meditation that builds strength, flexibility and focus. You’ll be guided through each posture in sequence, with clear instruction and a consistent pace throughout.

Practising together in a group setting creates a shared energy and sense of collective focus, supporting you to stay present with the breath and movement.

Options and variations will be offered throughout, and you’re always encouraged to listen to your body and take rest when needed.

Practising in this way can feel both grounding and energising – a chance to deepen your practice, build discipline, and reconnect with the rhythm of breath.
