I offer a calm, confidential space where you can slow down, speak honestly, and explore what feels difficult, confusing or out of step in your life. Some people come to therapy with a clear story, and many don’t. They might only have a sense of heaviness, anxiety, shame, or of being caught in patterns they don’t fully understand. We start with whatever you are bringing and go with it together.
My work is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, humanistic and transpersonal traditions. This means we pay attention to deeper patterns, relationships and histories, as well as your present-moment experience. I’m interested in how emotions and behaviours can carry meaning — often signalling places of wounding or unmet need — and I encourage us to approach these with curiosity and respect.
At its core, this work is relational. I offer a steady, grounded presence from which you can explore, at your own pace, what feels painful or hidden. Over time, this can create more clarity, coherence, and a renewed relationship with yourself.
If you’re interested in finding out more, please get in contact. I’m here for the conversation — for the attempt to speak honestly about what it is to be alive, to suffer, to love and to change.
Areas I work with include:
Anxiety, shame, relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity, and recurring patterns in relationships.
