About this event

Expect a energising and accessible practice, guided with care and supported by a live DJ set to carry you through every breath, movement and moment on the mat.

This is more than just a yoga class. It is a chance to come together as a community, move with purpose, raise money for an important cause and stand in support of those affected by human trafficking.

Whether you are completely new to Ashtanga or have been practising for years, you are welcome.

All profits go to Yoga Stops Traffick, an annual global campaign managed by Adventure Ashram that unites the yoga community to raise awareness and funds for survivors of human trafficking in India. Funds raised support Odanadi Seva Trust, a pioneering anti-trafficking organisation based in Mysore, South India. For over 30 years, Odanadi has been rescuing, rehabilitating, and reintegrating women and children affected by human trafficking, exploitation, forced prostitution and domestic abuse, providing safe housing and long-term support.

The session is offered on a donation basis, with suggested donation options to choose from. Please offer what feels right for you. Everybody is welcome.

You’re always welcome to join us.

Take a little time for yourself – we’d love to see you here.
