If you need to gain strength and clarity in a quiet environment away from your current circumstances, this gentle sound ceremony is perfect.
Starting with gentle sounds, using a variety of instruments including Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, chimes and bells and then lead on to slightly louder sounds using overtones, which create a massage-like effect on the body, helping with relaxation, harmony and inner peace.
Mats are available, however, please feel free to bring with you anything else that will make this experience more comfortable for you, for example a pillow, a throw or blanket, an eye mask anything else that is, soft for laying on the floor. Please also wear warm comfortable clothing. Also please make sure you arrive in plenty of time to settle before the event, as the doors will be locked at the event time, and you won’t be able to gain entry.
