Join Yvette at Yoga Sangha in Cheadle or on Zoom every month for a little bit of time out just for you. 

When we take time to meditate we bring long lasting health benefits into our lives, add that to the beautiful practice of yoga nidra and we find ourselves with the perfect solution for lowering stress and anxiety levels and re-connecting within.

During this session you will be guided through a meditation practice followed by a deep yoga nidra relaxation. 

In the cosy studio at Yoga Sangha in Cheadle – we do suggest you bring an extra pillow and blanket for even more comfort. On Zoom you can sit and then lie down in bed or in a cosy space of your own. Either way, the journey of meditation and relaxation will bring you to a calm place and a wonderful nights sleep.

Absolutely no experience is required, everyone is very welcome.
